Beth Jester didn’t set out to open a pet supply store. She set out to build a place where people and their pets feel seen, celebrated, and completely at home.

After years in the tech world as a product manager — solving complex problems, chasing clarity in the chaos — Beth found herself at a crossroads. So she traded sprint planning for squeaky toys, stakeholder decks for treat displays, and set out to create something radically different: a neighborhood shop with heart, humor, and a crown-worthy commitment to quality.

Jester’s Pet Supply is more than a business. It’s a joyful rebellion against the impersonal and the ordinary. A place built on loyalty, curiosity, and the belief that every pet is royalty — and every person is family.
